Your estimated payment may vary depending on how many weeks you worked for a covered AT&T entity in Washington during the class period (July 11, 2022 – May 6, 2026). Class members who worked more weeks during this period may receive a larger share of the $1.75 million settlement fund. Individual payment amounts are not guaranteed and will depend on the total number of eligible class members participating. No claim form is required — if you qualify and do not opt out, you will automatically receive a payment.
