September 2025 is packed with important claim deadlines for consumers affected by robocalls, privacy breaches, false advertising, and more. These settlements provide cash, vouchers, or credit monitoring to those who qualify, with some payments reaching into the hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
Check the list below to see if you’re eligible and make sure to submit your claim before the deadline.
Truist Bank has agreed to resolve claims it violated federal robocall laws by placing prerecorded calls to individuals about accounts they had no connection with. Nearly 6,000 cell phone numbers were affected between February 10, 2019, and August 31, 2022.
Class members will automatically receive an estimated payout of $440 unless they exclude themselves from the settlement.
Sysco agreed to pay $2.3 million after a 2023 data breach exposed sensitive personal information. Plaintiffs claimed the company failed to maintain adequate cybersecurity measures.
Eligible individuals may receive reimbursement of up to $5,000 for breach-related expenses, a residual cash payment, and/or two years of credit monitoring with identity theft protection.
California residents who used the TaxSlayer website between February 6, 2018, and November 17, 2022, may be entitled to cash compensation. The lawsuit alleged TaxSlayer shared user information with third parties through embedded tracking tools without consent.
Final payment amounts will depend on the number of claims submitted.
FuboTV users accused the streaming service of violating the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA) by sharing viewing data with third parties without permission. The settlement covers anyone with a FuboTV account—or who used someone else’s account—prior to May 29, 2025.
Eligible class members will receive equal shares of the net settlement, with California residents receiving slightly higher payments.
Shoppers in several states alleged Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet misrepresented discounts by inflating “original” prices. The company denies wrongdoing but agreed to issue $11 vouchers to eligible customers.
Vouchers are transferable, can be combined with sales, and will be sent automatically to those with an email on file. Others must submit a claim.
Streaming platform Viki was accused of sharing user viewing data with Facebook without consent, allegedly violating the VPPA. Eligible users include those who accessed video content between January 12, 2016, and July 30, 2024, while having both Facebook and Viki accounts.
Payments are expected to range between $30 and $150, depending on the number of valid claims.
LifeMD and RexMD users alleged their private health data was shared with companies like Facebook and TikTok through web tracking tools. The settlement offers either a $10 cash payment or a $25 voucher for services.
LifeMD also agreed to improve its consent practices for at least two years.
Alderfer Poultry Farm agreed to settle allegations it falsely marketed its non-organic eggs as coming from free-roaming hens. Eligible consumers who purchased Alderfer eggs between December 1, 2020, and the final court approval date may qualify.
Claims without proof of purchase are capped at two cartons, while those with proof can claim unlimited purchases.
Website visitors to MarinHealth between August 1, 2019, and May 27, 2025, may qualify for payments. The lawsuit alleged the medical center improperly shared patient data through tracking tools like Meta Pixel.
Payments are estimated to fall between $78 and $261 per claimant.
Poppi faced allegations it falsely marketed its sodas as “gut healthy” without scientific support. Consumers who purchased any flavor or size may claim compensation.
Without proof of purchase, households can claim up to $16. With proof, payments scale by package size, up to $9 per 12- or 15-pack.
